"This place was a great find. Really unique in different ways. Booking and checkin were flawless. The owner responded real time. The boat was really clean and ready for our arrival. The property is great with a ship store with more than essentials. The living quarters were very comfortable and well equipped. We took advantage of the pool ( which was great) and the new nearby restaurant is a treasure. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. We had a few minor issues that we relayed to the owner and were comfortable with the response, hence the 4 star. Book it, you will love it. "

"I spent 9 nights here in January. I used it as a base for exploring and fishing the Everglades. It’s very clean and peaceful. There is a new restaurant about to open on site which will be a great addition. The pool area was clean and a great place to chill after a day in the sun. The staff were very nice and helpful. "

"The studio had everything we needed.The weather was cold our first week but the location allowed us to explore the Everglades. The boat tour from the marina was great. They were redoing to restaurant and did not heat the pool till the end of our visit. All in all it is a great studio."
