"Check in straightforward. Staff helpful. Room clean but far too hot. Could not adjust thermostat any lower. Cafe OK but long queues. Check in easy. "

"This hotel is a 3 minute walk from Heathrow T4. Dining and drinking options are varied with the option of walking into the airport. Underground is 3 minutes away going into all the tourist places and T2,T3 and T5. The rooms and bathroom are adequate for a short stay. The windows can't be opened with no fresh air. Staff are very friendly and helpful. "

"The gentleman who was working the breakfast shift on the Thursday morning could not have been more helpful. My wife suffers from a food allergy and he took the time to check out all her questions. A big thank you for that."
