"Rooms facing the main avenue has terrible traffic noise. There is also construction noise during the day. Make sure to ask for a room towards the back. Staff is extremely helpful and accommodative. Rooms are spacious. A huge plus is that there is a laundromat located nearby, about a 5 min walk. For longer stays, this is important to know. Salitre mall is also walkable and has many options for lunch and dinner. It can get a little warm in the night because rooms do not have air conditioner....

We called and complained but there wasn’t much that could be done. The dog’s owners were not to be found. Their current position on dogs makes us reconsider staying here in the future. "
