"I've stayed here a couple times now, great location and easy to walk into city. Rooms are outdated, but comfortable. Only issue I have is payment by credit card, took 12 days to debit from account usually done within 7. I'm left short this pay now due to it sitting there pending so long. "

"Paid a bond of $100 to cover any damages and was to be refunded Week has gone by and no refund and there was certainly no room damage as we are a 75 yr old couple Good position for an overnight stay "

"The location was great - being so close to Central Station and our coach's location. Extremely helpful staff with travel and food queries. Happy to store our bags after checkout - for a $2 fee per bag."

"We went to visit our daughter who was studying abroad at U of Sydney. The location was great, 5-7 minute walk to her student housing. Close to the train station and we walked 15 to 20 minutes to the Opera house area. It was an early place to stay, 2 keys and an elevator 10 ft. From the room. We were able to eat in the room if we wanted, dishes were provided. Always felt safe!"

Great for family travel

"This hotel might feel more old-fashioned compared to other typical Four Seasons hotels. Although I didn't experience the same flashy as in other Four Seasons hotels, I was able to feel a sense of comfort through the kindness of the staff, the subtle and appropriate blend of comfort in a limited circumstances, and the understated interiors and amenities, which created a cozy atmosphere."
