"I stayed for one night.The staff were exceptionally nice.The room I got was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable.The beautiful grounds are invitation for a walk. With all that said, I don't know if I would stay here again. There was a fee, like a "resort fee", which I was NOT happy about. There was also a $2.00 fee which did NOT give the reason why it was charged. Those fees were besides the "regular" hotel "taxes and fees" one pays. "

"The room was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view. Guest services staff were friendly and courteous. Parking was easy. Bed was comfortable, and bathroom was spacious and clean. "I really enjoyed our stay here! Yes the train might be an issue if you are a light sleeper but it wasn’t too bad! The room was nice and clean! Front desk people were so sweet! I felt safe leaving during the day and walking around Jack London so beautiful with nice views! Took the ferry to San Fran, went to the fox theatre did a lot of nice things while our stay! "

"I enjoyed the service and convenient location in the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I did not like to bathroom design which did not include enough lighting above the tub and toilet. I also had problems with the elevator being slow to respond and the TV having technical problems. . "

"Jeffrey at check in was a highlight! Really welcoming and informative. Room was great, bathroom is tiny but very clean. The only downside was the south side of the building had (what we assumed to be garbage trucks) emptying dumpsters for a looong time in the middle of the night. Amazing place, will surely return and request a room on the other side of the building 😊"

"This is a great hotel for the price. Pretty much the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at in SF that didn’t charge $40 to park my car. The room was a bit dated but was comfy, clean and quiet. It’s right on the edge of Chinatown which was great for exploring. We even walked to Salesforce Park. It felt secure and I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the city. "
