"Very nice hotel, room was nice with everything you would need and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again without a doubt. The only negative was the sofa bed. I think they need vast improvement as it was extremely uncomfortable with next to no padding. This unfortunately resulted in a poor sleep. That being said, i would still happily return, i would just reserve 2 rooms rather than sharing."

My only two gripes - the only food we ate was a dessert we ordered (crumble and brownie) both were below average and at £8 that’s bad. "very comfortable stay in club double room which had a small fridge. the hotel is in the centre of stratford just over a bridge to the centre. it’s on the river side. dining is in bistro pierre which is in the hotel. great food and great service c"
