"My husband and I just finished our cruise and stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. The hotel is walkable fr the cruise port but we took a taxi which costs only abt $6-$7. The area is very nice and is surrounded by many shopping/food spots and walkable to various attractions. The hotel staff were amazing. I needed help in making a reservation for the Limousine bus to the airport and they assisted me right away. Our room is spacious with a balcony. The view is beautiful at night. We had a lovely time at this hotel."

"This was a top-notch accommodation which exceeded all our expectations. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The dining options were spectacular. The attention to detail in the service and the range of complimentary snacks and drinks at the lobby were amazing as well. We especially loved the onsen, which was the highlight of our trip - the outdoor onsen with views of the garden lit up at night was simply bedazzling. The shuttle buses running to and fro Gora Station made transportation relatively accessible, and we found the location of the property quite central to the different spots we wanted to visit. In short, I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Hakone. "
