"This was a top-notch accommodation which exceeded all our expectations. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The dining options were spectacular. The attention to detail in the service and the range of complimentary snacks and drinks at the lobby were amazing as well. We especially loved the onsen, which was the highlight of our trip - the outdoor onsen with views of the garden lit up at night was simply bedazzling. The shuttle buses running to and fro Gora Station made transportation relatively accessible, and we found the location of the property quite central to the different spots we wanted to visit. In short, I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Hakone. "

"I stayed for 6 nights and it was really amazing stay! The room is actually spacious for one person. Walkable to lots of places; restaurants, mall, and to Yokohama station. There's construction around the area, but it's not a bother at all. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. One thing though, the vending machines seems don't accept the new bills. Overall, I had a great stay, and will surely stay again here!"
