Comfy Chico Home near FWY with Hot Tub {pet friendly}

This is a lovely 3 Bedroom home in a quiet location just 2 minutes from the East Avenue Hwy 99 Freeway entrance. It is located on a loop with very little traffic and a lot of privacy.
It contains a Living/Dining room with kitchen and 3 large bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/tub, and large storage.
ENJOY THE 3 RECLINERS WITH THE 50' 4K ROKU TV and Wifi.
The bedrooms are: wood floors, ceiling fans, dimmers, tables with reading lamps, large closets and drapes. Two of the bedrooms have Queen size beds and the third has a futon that can be made into a bed if needed.
There is an open modern kitchen with a large stainless steel sink, dishwasher, microwave, and new granite countertops.
There is a large yard in the back along with a 400 s.f. Trex deck with awning, and an 8-person hot tub.
* Hot tub option: A $100 set-up fee covers draining and cleaning the hot tub, chemicals, and energy. Available in summer by special request.
PET: Dogs are allowed, but we charge $10 per night for every dog pet fee - to cover extra cleaning. But not more than $80 totally. Please don't let your pets on beds or furniture.
OUTDOOR COOKING: Barbeque: $25 to cover cleaning Barbeque

The house wasn't as clean as I hoped over priced property that the owner later reveals another price amount after booking was confirmed and so basically charging over a thousand dollars for only 3 days for a out dated minamule admittaties an once vacating the property owner began texting rude comments an basically accused us me of destroying his house n so on an the harshing phone calls not once did the owner provide pictures proof of his allegations I do not recommand this house for anyone

Best stay ever at a great value!!
This charming house is perfect for a stay in Chico. It is in great location next to everything. The host was very kind and easy to get ahold of. We enjoyed the large quiet backyard, super clean hot tub and BBQ. This house was very clean, well maintained and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen along with lots of choices to view on the televisions. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else when visiting friends in chico.

Home was unprepared for our stay because VRBO dropped the ball
Rented the home for a pending funeral. Arrived to find VRBO failed to inform homeowner his home was rented. Imagine wanting to be by the side of your dying mother, but your stuck on hold for an hour waiting for a VRBO manager. Your service sucked beyond comprehension. You’ve lost this customer. It’s too bad your surveys only seek to screw over a homeowner when it’s this company that failed this customer.
