"Just stayed one night after a memorial service for a friend. Room was clean and quiet after the people arriving ended. Nice receptionist and a very reasonable place to stay if you wanted to visit Colusa. Apparently, hunters and fishermen want to visit Colusa. Served good hot coffee in the morning along with pastries. "I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). "We loved staying with Darcy! The cottage was a great size for two people. We enjoyed cooking meals, watching cable TV, and soaking in the hot tub. Charlie and Mem were sweethearts and greeted us only after we made an appearance. Downtown was an easy walk. We ran into Darcy during check-in, and she offered us a tour which we took: having a walk through with the amenities and space was so helpful. We talked about staying here again. 10/10."
