She notified me immediately of an issue with the hot water in the hotel and that it was being repaired as we spoke. I thought she handled what I'm sure was a difficult evening dealing with some unhappy guests with professionalism and grace. The hotel should be proud to have such dedicated, professional and pleasant personnel representing their property!"
