(Alone male traveler) Just stayed for 12 hrs until flight so bed was comfortable and clean, shower was hot asked for tile floors due to my allergies which they were able to accommodate and few decent food options within walking distance, I would stay again

The places was fully functional and the room was neat enough. Generally, though, many things were pretty banged up, old, dented, or wonky to work with. Noises from the walls of the elevators, creaky steps, smelly sections, etc. This made the room/hallways FEEL dirty, even though I think things generally seemed clean enough. Room walls were thin and doors didn’t do a great job of insulating either. The staff was often friendly enough, but inattentive or unavailable. Desk was empty on several occasions and I regularly saw a line. Lastly, the surrounding area was fine if one is driving. But it’s not very traversable on foot. There aren’t any sidewalks, and it’s along a broad road with no crosswalks nearby. This is a little weird given its proximity to the airport. The distance to the downtown area should also be considered, as a ride from any of the ridesharing apps can easily be $20-$30.

The bottom of the bathtub was stained black. The tissue holder in the bathroom contained ONE tissue. The overhead light in the bathroom flickered for 3 minutes after being turned on (each time). There was no stationary provided in the room and the chair was broken (could not maintain height). The "breakfast" eggs were just hardboiled eggs and the only things that were warm were the diced potatoes and presumably, a waffle the guest could make on their own.

One item - there was no hot water, apparently a system failure. Two - while there was a food delivery serive menu in my room, there was nothing giving infor on the breakfast hours. Transportation from the airport was great.
