"This is a decent development in a good location. Unfortunately, the development lacks from an attention to detail in a number of areas, including the fixtures and fittings and the layout of the kitchenette. The swimming pool and sauna were overcrowded. There is a general unclarity whether parking, wifi, towels and sheets are included or excluded from the rental, with staff at the front-desk not being able to provide clarity."

"Very nice place. A bit remote to the town centre and shops but nice."

"A good 2-star hotel that was pretty decent value. Very helpful with a late arrival and staff lovely to my two young children. Room as basic but warm and the beds decent. A shower in the bath without a screen always annoys me though! A bit of a walk up to the village and Super Chatel gondola but also a bus stop right out the front. Overall pretty good and would probably stay again. "

"I stayed in Le Grand Ermitage by Nemea for 4 days and the experience was fantastic and just as promised. We were planning to check in very late, so I called them and they made arrangements for us to get into to the unit without any trouble. The receptionist was very friendly. She spoke perfect English and when I told her I am learning French, she started teaching me French. This is a very rare degree of friendliness! If you book via Hotels.com, you get a one-time bed sheet and towel service...

"This property owner is great to work with. We had a little bump in our stay do to some miscommunication but Steve was excellent at rectifying the situation and was more than accommodating. The setting is beautiful and close to OU. Very clean. Hot tub was very clean as well."
