"We arrived at 3 and were told to come back at 4. At 4 we waited an hour and owner stopped communicating. We had to ring Vrbo to get access finally at 5.When inside there was no washing machine and double bed as per advert. The owner and agent did not care. We had no bedding to fit two singles and the agent refused to provide a duvet so we could make-do. The owner advised it was a double, but then changed his mind. The agent told us to use launderette. The owner harassed us every day, the agent text us at 22:30 one night about paying an extra deposit outside of Vrbo. Under the circumstances we refused.We had to email Vrbo and ask them to get the owner to stop harassing us. The owner made no attempt to apologise. The day before we left I emailed the owner and advised under the circumstances there should be some compensation. I advised we had respected the apartment so there was no damage, but he should cover the cleaning at 70. He then suggested he would pay 100 which I accepted. On move out day, the owner refused to pay the 30 difference and the agent tried to force entry. The agent was very aggressive, after 45 minutes the agent paid the 30 and we left.We were treated appallingly, the owner showed no remorse for failing to let us in, and false advertising, to him it was normal behaviour. All he wanted was a deposit outside Vrbo which I declined aa I did not trust I would get it back due to his behaviour. I have reported his actions to Vrbo."

"Lovely place. Loads of room for 3 people. Might be tight for more. Great location and always a parking space. Mattress on double bed needs a re vamp, as do some of the pillows. Other than that would highly recommend."

"It was very cute & within a ten minute walk to the the village. Located on a hillside has a fantastic view up the valley towards the ski area. It has wood interior & a decent kitchen with gas job, electric oven, fridge, toaster, kettle & coffee maker. Furnishings were pleasant and clean. Bed was comfy. It is two levels high, downstairs the kitchen, small tv, dining area and bathroom. There is a shower with a deluge shower head & unlimited red hot water. Great after a hard day skiing! Upstairs is a relaxing/sleeping area with a two seater sofa, double bed & two bunk beds & a larger tv. No English channels but a dvd player. It is touted for 4 people but only really suitable for two adults and two young children as the beds are all in the same room. I think it would be better without the bunk beds giving you more space as it is quite small but really great for 2 people. Upstairs is accessed by a very narrow wooden spiral staircase and would be no good for anyone with lower limb or mobility issues. There is a patio outside. It is on a quiet road with little traffic. I gave 4 stars as to access it you have to drive halfway down a muddy track and then walk the rest of way to the front door down a steep grassed/concrete stepped path. We had no snow there when we stayed but would be a bit treacherous with ice/snow again not good if u have mobility problems. Apart from that we loved it! The host was great with comms & instructions & always replied promptly to texts/emails. 👍"
