"Our host, Tom, was very generous with his wonderful knowledge and tips for London! This place allowed easy access to train into London and felt very safe when we walked back after returning at night. Very comfortable and well appointed - even had daily room servicing! Beds were very comfortable with excellent linens! "

"This place is spot-on! Friendly, CLEAN, convenient, CLEAN, quiet, CLEAN, safe and comfortable in a residential central area. OK, it's not the most modern, but who cares when it is CLEAN. Good cooked breakfast in the morning. Oh yes, did I mention that it is CLEAN!"

"Great location and lovely room full of character. The only down side ? The windows desperately need draughty proofing ( the heating bill must be horrendous) The tv was new and not tuned in. We did ask for help but the guy was unsuccessful in tuning it in and did make us feel awkward that we had complained. We only wanted to watch basic terrestrial channels but huge hassle having to log into apps. just to watch the tv. Apart from that very nice "

"The property could do with a little modernisation, however, we went for it because of cost, and convenience. We couldn't check in till we arrived which was half past midnight and the staff were very understanding and checked us in cheerfully!!! I was rather embarrassed that we were so late, but she was so nice. We were very tired, but, you can't sleep in a bad bed even when tired - So, the beds were great and we slept like a log!!!! The bed was clean, comfy and no issues at all...

"A goid nights stay in a decent size room that was not only comfortable but spotless. All the touches one woukd exoect from a much more expensive accommodation. Breakfast and staff were excellent "
