The house is charming and adorable with a great vibe to it. Close to Newport which has some great shops and restaurants. Beds are super comfortable and the house has everything you could possibly need. Impeccably clean and loaded with country charm. Hosts were great and very responsive. "Mid-December weekend wedding in town. Close to everything we need in including venue (Riverledge Farm). Walking distance to Phelps Barn Pub and the Grafton Inn. When I say walking I mean only a small block away. Very nice and friendly town. Host was very responsive prior to, during and after are stay. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the cozy Kilburn cottage, originally a sheep barn turned into workers housing in the 40s. We are very familiar with this beautiful area so knew where we were going and the setting. The attached ‘cottage’ at the Inns rear wing is charming and was just what we needed for visiting family nearby. It had all we needed for the 3 adults staying over and a family visitor for dinner.
