This place was a pleasant surprise. Newly renovated with Scandinavian design themes, it had a great lounge/common area with games & a fireplace to relax in, plus 24hr coffee service. Easy Walk to the pub nextdoor for dinner. Pool was clean. Little hill behind it was perfect for sledding. Shuttle bus pick up to ski Sunapee (which is literally across the street).

This was easily one of the cutest hotels I've ever stayed at. There is easy access to sunapee and a restaurant within walking distance. A truly hidden gem!

This is a good place for families with kids. We had a dog who is afraid of children. We were put in a room in the basement. The basement is where the children’s rec room, game room and pool room are located. It was noisy with kids running up and down the hall and slamming doors in the evening. Our dog was asking us for comfort a lot. The first morning we were trying to get extra rest but were kept from that by children stomping around, screaming and shouting at each other in the room above us. They checked out but the next group also had heavy feet and stayed up until after midnight. We were unhappy in our basement room. The beds were nice and the staff were friendly and wanted to help but it was booked. If you have a dog, no kids and want some peace and privacy ask to be on the upper levels, before you get there. There is a nice place for the dogs to run around and to take them on walks in back of the hotel and plenty of parking. It was clean and the lobby had a comfortable place to relax and read a book or work on your computer. The beds are ok but need to be spun 180. Traffic noise in the back and basement was not a problem, just the kids and constant hum of the pool, elevators, vending and ice machine and other electrical equipment. We weren’t near the noisy equipment thankfully. The restaurant next door serves lunch and dinner. Breakfast requires driving. The mini fridge in the room is small, cube size like you’d have in a college dorm so not able to hold much.
