"Lacking in attention to details. For instance: mirror not above sink, shower curtain not long enough, toilet too small. "Free breakfast" was a joke: (weak) coffee, oatmeal and a few packaged cakes. Promised to call me with info, but never did. All of that is a shame for an otherwise nice hotel."
