"I had good experience staying in this property. The room was a bit tight, but I suppose that was because I had booked a room with a king size bed with a single adult. The closet and washroom were small as well. But overall, the room was neat, quiet and the common areas such as the elevators and lobby were not too cowded. "Excellent customer service at check-in. We were a walk-in after midnight and the front desk worker was very accomodating to find the cheapest rate in a king size room that wasn't ajoining, which the attendant paid special attention to find, without asking. Unfortunately I had waited too long (after midnight) to book on hotels.com which would have saved about $30 for one night. Upon entering the room, the bed was unmade and you could tell it hadn't been serviced since the last guest...no wash...
