"While the owner of this property was very responsive, the communication was unorganized. I got texts indicating I was checking out when I was to arrive and the opposite when I left. They knew we had 12 people coming but did not leave enough bedding- though this was rectified by the owners quickly. The TV in the master bedroom did not work. We saw and killed 3 large cockroaches and the kitchen lacked supplies. For a home that sleeps 12, there were only 4 coffee mugs. There were no mixing bowls...

"The house had a great location near Whole Foods, Publix and a bunch of restaurants. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked. The bedrooms were large, the beds were comfortable and there were big TVs in most of the bedrooms. The family room is on the smaller side but I was traveling with teenagers who don’t want to hang out anyway so it worked well for us. We spent time at the kitchen table which had comfy seats and in our rooms."
