"Beautiful little hotel. I was so happy to see how clean everything was. The staff ( especially the breakfast staff) were very attentive and sweet. The front desk needs to smile a little more. He always seemed perturbed. I would definitely go back. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure and temp were amazing. Air conditioner worked super well. I was very impressed! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Front desk agent Camilo, and the blonde lady that she always work in the morning, sorry I forgot her name and the two young guys in the afternoon are very helpful, friendly, excellent workers. The breakfast attendees, Maria and Yusnavis at restaurant, and all the housekeepers team are awesome. The entire team does a really good job every day specially when the entire country was out of power. I don’t have enough words to describe how much appreciated we’re from all of you. Gran Versalles Hotel is my new home in Madrid."

"The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the cleaning staff were absolutely the best I’ve encountered anywhere. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to the nearest metro station, making it easy to get around Madrid. It took about 20 to 25 minutes to reach the Prado Museum, and the main shopping streets were also around 20 minutes away on foot. Breakfast was tasty and varied, with fresh options each morning. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which really added to the experience. Overall, great value for money and a place I’d definitely stay at again."
