"Great property and location; however, when booking with Expedia single room, they rooms are located on the side of the building that needs to go stairs to get to the elevator and the rooms are very small. I had to switched rooms the next day to the right side of the building with elevator. Also, property is a little noisy, wood floors don’t help, I hear the room upstairs, but overall it was a great place and very well located. Staff was friendly and they were able to accommodate my request to change room. I will return. "

"Excellent place. Close to walk and easy to take the bus. Walk distance from Salamanca and the Santiago Bernabeu. Service very personal and attentive. Kiddos to Eric, Jorge and Anna in the bar restaurant. They accommodated to every requirement. Also they three lady at the concierge, very knowledgeable and patient.
