"The Beatles Lagoon is perfect for the traveler looking for some peace and quiet. It is not a far drive from some great sites, food, and beaches and it is not in the heart of the city bustle and noise. It is a beautiful set up and the room was private and clean. I did have ants show up one day and the staff were so wonderful to take care of it quickly. Highly recommend! "

"The staff were very friendly, quick to respond, and outstanding in their sensible work. I especially appreciate the staff who responded on the first day and the staff who drove the buggy on the last day. Everything from the room condition at Noku Phuket to the breakfast and the landscape of the resort was good. It would be perfect if the water at the main pool was kept a little cleaner. However, my three days at Noku were enough to give a great impression of Phuket. I had a great rest."

"Nothing was like it says. No robes.. no slippers.. no safe.. no no toiletries... even no hand soap at the sink.. terrible wifi...no satellite TV only thai channels.. satellite TV means foreign channels...when I complain ans ask for manager the answer I got was ... ohhh sorry and manager in bankok .. well they brought me a safe wich was hilarious because it was not bolted down so you could just walked out with it I was here 3 years ago and then there was a different management ...
