"This is one of my absolutely favorite hotels in the entire world! The staff at the hotel is like family away from home. They take great care of every single guest, and they make you feel like you’re a part of their family! Today we did a walking trail tour to freedom Beach hosted by the hotel with our tour guide Opp, who was fantastic!!! Oop was fun, friendly knowledgeable, and communicated so wonderfully with us! He was a lot of fun and I can see why the hotel puts the tours and activities in his hands for safekeeping. He really makes sure the guests have a great, fun, and adventurous experience. We have done so many other things here ant the hotel, including swimming, eating and drinking and just relaxing, and everyone has been fantastic. In fact, here are the names of the people that I want to acknowledge at the hotel, among many others, who have been like family to us making sure that our vacation was an unforgettable one: Nam, Vivy, Emmy, Brownie, Matt, Elia, Toey, Hanna and last but certainly not least, Philipp. A special word about Phillip - He has made this vacation and this entire trip the best vacation I’ve had in decades by being so concerned for my happiness and well-being and just ensuring that I celebrated my birthday in a spectacular way!!!! Everyone at the hotel has been extraordinary. I love how scenic the views are how serene and quiet and tranquil the location is; and I especially love how well taken care of the entire hotel property is."

"one of the most amazing places we have stayed in the world. everything was perfect including Pools, restaurants, bars, entertainment, beach cleanliness, staff was perfect, enjoyed the tennis and pickleball area and staff. "

"Great stay, we loved it so much that we extended our stay for an extra 10 nights on top of the original 9. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great facilities for kids. Really great massages at the spa. It’s postioned on top of a steep hill but they have a shuttle. Lovely pool too. I would stay there again. Bar drinks can be very expensive, good happy hour at the pool but outside of this it’s very expensive. Also did not like being charged for the individual activities at the Kids Club. Virtual Reality/charity shop should be repurposed as Muay Thai boxing/gym extension. "

"This hotel is absolutely stunning! The views are amazing if you get an ocean view. It’s as close to the ocean as possible and there are several nice restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful pools and yummy breakfast buffet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only two dislikes: 1) Room service food is not good and is quite expensive. 2) When you charge items to your room, any tip will go to the hotel rather than to the actual person who served you - very inconvenient and a little dishonest."

"I had a one bedroom seaview room and first arrived as the sun was setting which looked absolutely incredible. I was welcomed with a fruit bowl which was lovely and a nice touch. The bed was huge, which was great and I had a massive TV. The room was very clean and had a lovely balcony which looked over the pool as well as the view to the sea. The pool was fantastic, it had a swim-up bar serving great cocktails. Even the lobby is incredible and a great place to chill out in. Staff were friendly and would helpfully offer assistance. "
