"Wonderful staff, so polite and very attentive. I was always greeted with a smile. Very clean and although the restaurant was shut during my stay (I was made aware of this) it the menu looked delicious A little further from town than expected but only ever a Grab ride away. Would definitely stay again if I came back to Phuket :)"

"The hotel was OK. It's on a street that is full of bars, not many dining options. The restaurants that come up in search are all closed. Walk about 10 minutes and you can get to a couple of street stands. The room advertises microwave in-room, but there was none there. The service staff barged into the room to clean even though we have the Do Not Disturb sign on, we had to talk to them about that. The safe does not work, so we did not want people in there when we were not present. 3rd floor walk...
