"Location is connected to many stores, restaurants, and a Lotus. Also next to subway line. Pool, sauna, and hot tub were excellent. Breakfast buffet was free and exceptional. I did see one cockaroach on the counter at the omelet station."

"No matter what issues I had with outside dealings back home in USA with my banks or anything else. The staff was helpful and considerate and extremely helpful and understanding to MY mistakes or my USA Banks Fault .. this hotel was my favorite breakfast Buffett in Bangkok and also right next to the BTS ( Train or metro station). So transportation to go sightseeing was excellent.. The staff was helpful in sharing what to do and where to go based on what I was looking for …. All in all...

Loved the Banyan Tree

"Everything about this hotel was perfect. We arrived 3 hours early and we were shown to our suite. Afternoon tea, drinks and canapés and breakfast all included in ‘club status’. Well worth paying a little extra for the privilege. Exceptional Staff. Vertigo Restaurant and Moon Bar is such a wonderful experience."
