"I stayed here four years ago and thought it was so well laid out in nature and with the pools and flowers and birds that I reserved again. The people are so friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. They only need to describe it better on the menu. The portions of the appetizers are enough for a meal. The spa is beautiful. My husband and I both had massages looking at and listening to the nature outdoors. I also had one of the best facials I ever had. This hotel makes me want to come back and stay whenever I can come back to Costa Rica. It was very relaxing rain or shine. "

"The property is glorious nestled in a tropical rainforest. We enjoyed exploring the trails out to the waterfall and Ceiba tree. Amazing surroundings, excellent dining, perfect on-site hot springs to enjoy on demand. In addition to this, we were supported by the hotel team to help us with some rental car trouble while we were there. They went out of their way to assist us, implement a quick repair and got us on our way! Without this dedication to their guests our whole vacation could have been ruined. "Everything was great. Staff was excellent. My only regret is that I never found out that there was an outdoor gym. It was on the map. It would’ve been helpful to get an orientation around the grounds. We were told about the thermal springs and the pool and the restaurant. Had no idea there was an outdoor gym. "

Went out of the way to ensure comfort and feeling welcomes. Toasty wood fire at night on the open deck for all to enjoy while taking on the cloud forest views. "
