"We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment at the back of the property on the second floor. The room was updated and clean. Walking distance to restaurants. It is attached to a convenience store for beer, snacks and alcohol. Pool was clean. Also has a whole bar area that you can leverage by the pool. Property can be a little noisy in the morning when everyone is going to work since it is located directly on the main road to La Fortuna."

"Nita and Marty have created an absolute oasis! The birding,views and food were outstanding. The staff was responsive and helpful. We had the info we needed to plan numerous adventures. Marty and Nita were away on the other side of the the worldfor our stay. But tgrough What’s App we were able to communicate effectively. "Check in was a nightmare. Tv didnt work. Never got a wifi password. Place was difficult to find and the manager was unaware check in was at 10am. Overall a bad experience "
