"First and foremost: it’s centrally located : museums and other sites, shops, restaurants are walking distance. Second: rooms are elegant and accommodating. Third: staff is professional, friendly and very accommodating: they kept my luggage so I could travel light on small plane from San Jose to Limon for a few days, so I didn’t have to rent a storage locker. Lastly, breakfast is served fresh, hot and delicious: Five out of five stars!!!!! "

"Right in the heart of San Jose, this was a very comfortable and pleasant stay for vacation stay in the city. I came to visit the museums, just blocks away, and learn more about Costa Rica. The hotel is just 2 short blocks from the downtown pedestrian walkways, and there are several public parks surrounding the hotel and in the neighborhood. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything needed. The morning breakfast offered a variety of options and delicious. This was a perfect hotel choice for my needs."

"Very very nice staff, very helpful .very clean rooms. Very central location, walking at night is not that safe. Towels were bit old. We will definitely stay there again if we go there. breakfast was good. "
