"Overall good..we had a renovated room which was nice but the phone didn’t work and the fire alarm starting flashing a very bright light at 5am which was annoying. But the service was great and we were only there for one night so the minor inconveniences were not a big deal."

"The hotel was great and we so appreciated getting a ride from the ferry building to the hotel and then the next morning getting a ride from the hotel to the cruise port. The only problem I had was I really scraped my leg badly on the van that took us to the Cruise port because the passenger sliding door was broken and we had to get out around the front passenger seat. I should’ve told the driver as it did bleed and I still have a black and blue mark and bump there as well as a big scab left...

"Requested handicapped/accessible when placing reservation but was told none were available. I was first offered a room with a bathtub.I cannot lift my right leg for than a few inches so getting into a shower is dangerous as I am a fall risk. I was told to wait and a roll in shower should become available. I waited…… I finally got a room but received a step in shower instead. Still risky but managed to get in. The tile in the shower was a bit slick. Overall was a nice stay. Original girl at the...
