"Very conveniently located near Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and Duomo as well as great options for morning caffe/ cornetto and evening meals. Staff was fantastic - efficient and warm! Room was clean and comfortable! Only issue was that the shower did allow a substantial amount of water to escape onto the bathroom floor. The drain worked fine and it was not unmanageable with strategically placed towels. Very enjoyable stay and would definitely return!"

"The location of the hotel is excellent. It takes about eight minutes to walk to the essential train station. I have a twin room, but the room is not big. However, The staff here is very helpful.Especially Emanuele, he speaks really good English. He has the passion to help every Customer who comes to the hotel. He calms me down when my son made a mess in the room. He also showed me where to go to explore the city of Milan. "
