"I went with my mother during the centenary celebration of the apparitions at Fatima and wanted to have a real feeling of the town, and not stay at a hotel. Albergue Pereira was a great choice. It is a family-owned guesthouse for many years, and staying there was like going back in time. All the furniture, elevator, room and reception area are all vintage but kept well preserved, clean and cozy (with all the usual toiletries found in a hotel). Wonderful poolside bar with a music in the middle of the garden with BBQ ,good professional GYM, 25 meters private heated swimming pool was above of our expectations! "

Every little thing was extra (like towel rentals, no class yoga only private lessons) which wasnt a big deal but still different from what we are used to. "Such a beautiful property, big rooms, exceptionally clean, excellent staff service and always ready to help. The manager was just absolutely amazing and very understanding. The highlight for me was the gym. Loved it ! My children loved the swimming pools, the architecture of the building and it's history. The only thing that was a small issue was that there is no public transport and expensive to get taxis to main city. Hence i would recommend one hires a car or drives their own. Nevertheless...
