"Lovely property, nice breakfast, clean and all in good condition. I found the stay a little awkward in that we entered an open front door, texted the host as instructed and received no response - it felt a little ‘Home Alone’ ish. I recommend for couples, for a real get away and for the pretty Victorian style decor. Thank you to Stephen the Proprietor. "

"Simple, clean comfortable suite. Full kitchen with frig, stove and microwave. Convenient to UVA campus and football stadium. "

"For the price, it's a good stay however the blanket is thin. My only real criticism is that breakfast is not available as advertised. Waffle House, First Watch, and other breakfast spots are close by but remove the breakfast advertising or allow guests to at least get water or bottled juice throughout the day. "
