"Lovely friendly staff that were always on half. Free fruit, tea, coffee and water at reception was a nice touch. Location was perfect, a short walk from the central station and main attractions. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, a fab selection. My only moan was the bed not being very comfortable! It was simply too soft so we kept rolling into the middle! "

"I have stayed at this hotel perhaps 15 times over the past 5-6 years. Perhaps more times. Maybe over 100 days all together. I would think they would want to think about me as a VIP guest and reach out and ask how I am doing and maybe offer something or even ask for feedback directly. It is a bit impersonal. But I like the area and it is very convenient for me. "
