The concierge helped us get round trip tix on the daily Hurtigruten/Havila fjord cruise (part of their Norwegian coastal journey has them come into Alesund in the AM and then go down the fjord and back to Alesund that evening). "I absolutely loved this hotel. Too bad we stopped in only for one night. The staff was excellent; they were very service-oriented. The rooms were nicely appointed. The food and options were quite good. Loved the art, the lounge and the jazz concert... The location is quite nice - a bit far from the airport but on the water and close to other things you may want to see! We will definitely be back here. "
