"Excellent hotel near the centre of Oslo. It’s in a quiet area but is walking distance to the centre and has public transport links via the nearby tram stop. The hotel itself is quiet and cozy with great amenities. Both breakfast and dinner were great with a good selection - dinner was more than a ‘light meal’ so ate there every night!"

"I have stayed at this hotel perhaps 15 times over the past 5-6 years. Perhaps more times. Maybe over 100 days all together. I would think they would want to think about me as a VIP guest and reach out and ask how I am doing and maybe offer something or even ask for feedback directly. It is a bit impersonal.
