"When I booked this hotel I was a little worried about the distance from the city center. But it’s close to a tram station and easy to go anywhere in the city. The area is nice and quiet and only 15 minutes walk to the Vigeland park. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Oslo."

I would think they would want to think about me as a VIP guest and reach out and ask how I am doing and maybe offer something or even ask for feedback directly. It is a bit impersonal. But I like the area and it is very convenient for me. "
