"The staff was super nice and helpful, the room was large and spacious and clean. Only 2 unexpected issues- I was put in a handicap room, and the shower door did not close so water was everywhere, and the bells from Town Hall are VERY LOUD at night. Not sure if a room on another side of the hotel would have helped? Also not sure if those bells ring every night...."

"Close to the central train station but still need a little walk. The streets are very noisy even at midnight. Sound proof of the room is not very good. The bed is very very comfortable! "

"Excellent hotel near the centre of Oslo. It’s in a quiet area but is walking distance to the centre and has public transport links via the nearby tram stop. The hotel itself is quiet and cozy with great amenities. Both breakfast and dinner were great with a good selection - dinner was more than a ‘light meal’ so ate there every night!"

"I have stayed at this hotel perhaps 15 times over the past 5-6 years. Perhaps more times. Maybe over 100 days all together. I would think they would want to think about me as a VIP guest and reach out and ask how I am doing and maybe offer something or even ask for feedback directly. It is a bit impersonal. But I like the area and it is very convenient for me. "
