"This was a perfect spring break getaway. We rented this condo instead of a hotel room to have a kitchen. We were able to walk all around Nye Beach and it’s got a great access to the beach. Would stay again for sure! "

"Great location, great view. Kitchen could have used more utensils and kitchen utensils. The bathroom door wouldnt stay on the track and was unlevel so it never closed fully. The front door had to be pushed real hard to fully close. Was difficult to get the temperature in the condonright, it was either too hot or too cold but was provided with a couple space heaters. "

"Wonderful place to stay and watch the ocean waves.The bed was comfy, the TV was easy to use and the Kitchen is well equipped. The only drawback is the stairs going up to the condo. They are very steep and there is literally no landing at the doorway. Not a deal breaker but something to consider if traveling with older folks . at the doorway. "

"We loved the location and the view!!! It was a great stay, but there are some things that could use attention. The corner of the rug near the dining room is curled up, a tripping hazard. Could just turn the rug so that corner is not in a main traffic area. It needs some placemats or coasters as I feared making a ring or stain on the lovely wood dining table or coffee table when setting down a glass of liquid, hot plate, or hot coffee. In the kitchen which was great, I would suggest some...

"Easy to access apartment, walking distance to lots of cute shops. Would recommend to families with kids too. There is a flight of stairs to the front door, as the apartment is on the second floor. "

"If you are looking for a chill spot with your partner or kids. This is a great location. It is on the 3rd floor so keep that in mind. There is no elevator. The property could use some updating. There was no "bells and whistles" as some would say. But it had everything you "need". The view was spectacular. The check in process was easy. You are a 2 mi ute drive from EVERYTHING. We would definitely stay here again!!! "
