"This is a charming little cabin in a very quiet location even though it's only a block or so off the highway south of Newport. It's clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable for two people. We really liked the deck with the view of the ocean around and through the neighbor's house (lots of windows) between the cabin and the beach. "Three adults shared the cabin and really enjoyed ourselves. The beds were comfortable and no better location for Devils Punch Bowl. The following notes are to the property manager / owner and resolution of these would elevate anyone’s stay: Please put out some Kleenex Please put waste baskets in the bedrooms themselves. Review silverware - sorely lacking in spoons. Kitchen tongs and a pan scrubby would be helpful. Add a liquid measure cup. Throughly clean- some cobwebs on lampshades,...

"Nice, quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. Great hot tub, everyone enjoyed that. For longer stays would be nice to have more dish washer pods and more laundry soap. Thanks so much, we definitely enjoyed our time"

"This cabin really takes you back... from a working percolator coffee maker, toaster, & stove, to the super cute blowdryer! Breakman's quarters is an end unit, & has a large, modern walkin shower. Nice water pressure. Kitchen has a working retro-looking fridge & microwave. Easy to access door code & ice available onsite. We enjoyed the view of the lake from the dining table & the adirondack chairs on the lawn. Its August, so many plants & grass have died back, & no train went by on our visit....
