"The condo was as advertised. Well stocked nice welcome goodies, quiet, clean and an amazing view. When we weren’t on the beach we were sitting on the deck with binoculars watching the ocean. The weather was very favorable, sunny all three days. We will recommend this condo to our family and friends."

"All really great, and we will return! However they need to hang the clock above the bed more securely - a thumbtack is not enough for that heavy and large time piece. Though it did not fall on us, I took it down to pull the battery and it was about to fall. Also quick adjustment to the front door would be helpful to neighbors - it is loud trying to shut from outside. These fixes will make it perfect!"

"This condo has breathtaking views, is a stones throw from Rogue Brewery and crab docks, and is next to a beautiful, flat, paved 1/2mile path to the beach! It is so close to everything we love about Newport, primarily Nye Beach and the historic downtown area on the bay.The house was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed for toiletries and cooking. There were ample dishes, glassware (including wine and cocktail glassware) and cookware. There was no syran wrap, foil or ziplocks but...

"This place was great. Walked to beach and Nye Beach restaurants, great location. Our dog loved the morning walks. Only comment for owners is that the stove top burners smelled quite bad when heated. Otherwise the place was clean and had a good set of kitchen utensils and appliances. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Cute place. I had no idea I would have to climb up so many stairs to get there. I probably would have kept looking for a ground floor place to rent. But I managed one step at a time. The kitchen faucet is not attached so water sprays and the faucet pops off when you turn the water on! Lamp by the couch is very hard to plug in so I didn’t. Other than that I enjoyed my stay very much "

"This was our first and hopefully not our last visit to Puma Point. The condo, although situated over the garage of the main house, was a private getaway for us. The hosts were available to offer assistance as needed, but were very unobtrusive. "Unable to enter the property, due to "worn out"key. Had to call VRBO many times, got shuffled back and forth. We were in town in plenty of time but because of inability in get in or out of rental missed a get together and dinner. Finally someone arrived to give us a working key at 8PM, check-in was 4PM. The gentleman that "fixed" the key issue lived in Florence! VRBO totally dropped the ballon this one!"
