"Beautiful view of the ocean!! "

"If you are looking for a chill spot with your partner or kids. This is a great location. It is on the 3rd floor so keep that in mind. There is no elevator. The property could use some updating. There was no "bells and whistles" as some would say. But it had everything you "need". The view was spectacular. The check in process was easy. You are a 2 mi ute drive from EVERYTHING. We would definitely stay here again!!! "

"This delightful home features expansive views of the Yaquina River and the Yaquina Bay bridge and is an excellent place to enjoy all Newport offers. The kitchen is well-equipped with lots of working space, the living room is comfortably furnished, the master bathroom floors are heated, and you can park in the garage.We found it easy to communicate with the owner and look forward to our next visit!"

"The bad: Not suitable for 8 people. With 2 king beds and only 1 fold out couch it was impossible for everyone to sleep comfortably. Fans were broke. One was missing a blade and the other was so badly cracked my child could touch the blades. The room is not baby/toddler proof at all. Cords hanging out of walls, bathroom door doesn't lock, and an unsecured staircase. (I would have brought a baby gate had I known there were stairs)The furniture, walls and devet covers were covered in stains and god...

"The condo had a lovely view of the ocean, nice finishes and was clean. However, we were disappointed in the rest. We booked it based upon the 'luxury oceanfront' marketing. All 5 blinds in the the primary bedroom were broken; 4 would not go up and 1 would not go down. There were no blinds on the glass door leading to the patio. Not conducive to enjoying the views, blocking out light while sleeping or privacy. The fireplace did not ignite/work. The pillows, sheets, bedding, towels were very...
