The following notes are to the property manager / owner and resolution of these would elevate anyone’s stay: Please put out some Kleenex Please put waste baskets in the bedrooms themselves. "Got here and really enjoyed the quiet. The town is close by, and everything was as described in the listing. I must admit I was hesitant at first when my wife showed me the listing. But I went along with her idea. we really enjoyed ourselves. we walked to the punch bowl and the wine store there as well as the chowder. Oh pay attention to your email for updates. I didnt and missed out on the code to get the keybox code."

I noticed the carpet in the living room was pretty dirty and needs a good cleaning. On the dock … I noticed it needs some TLC regards the boat tie-downs (cleats). "Great ocean views with a short walk to the beach! House itself needed updates. The master bed was horrible so we had to sleep in a different bed. The oven had issues with heating to temperature. Overall, cozy and comfortable with a cute mermaid theme. The house was quiet and not too close to neighbors. Best for families with young kids as there were only 2 real bedrooms, with 3 beds tucked into alcoves. Only one shower in 3 bathrooms. Hot tub was great!!"
