Our room was very clean as well as the heated pool! Breakfast offered a variety of options that we enjoyed. Most of the people booked were truckers that were extremely nice to my child and I. "Skywalks on the 2nd floor connect Sonesta to the Columbus Convention Center across the street and the Chestnut St. parking structure around the corner, saving me money, time, and hassle. The friendly clerk gave me a $10 credit toward food/beverage purchases, and replaced my misplaced key card with no problem. Bedroom and bathroom were clean. Teenagers staying for some convention were a bit noisy in the hallways. "
