"Wow, what an unexpected find! I decided to make a quick stop in Columbus during a road trip and just happened to choose this property. Just walking in the door, you're greeted by amazing vibes and ambience from the lovely smells, a cozy fireplace, and large well appointed lobby. The staff was excellent - specific shoutout to Tey at the front desk who was so helpful and super sweet, and Lauren behind the bar who was very friendly. "This hotel was a great place to stay when my husband and I went to a concert at the Kemba. The restaurants and the concert was within a 15 min walking distance and that was a great location. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The only thing I would knock them for would be that they give you “complimentary” items when you arrive but then you actually receive a document that states you are paying for those same items. Otherwise, I would suggest staying here if you can. "

"Did not care to see 6 cars with smashed windows when we pulled in the parking lot. We checked on our car several times throughout the night bc we did not want our car broken into. "
