"The thing that set this property apart was the incredible staff! From the valets to the front desk staff, everyone was polite, kind, and respectful at every turn. They even went so far as to text and check on us and our experience after checking in and asking if we let them know if there was anything they could do, making sure we had an open channel of communication for anything during our entire stay. We didn’t realize we arrived about 20 min early and they were incredible about it! Also, being a disabled vet, they were incredibly thoughtful and helpful at every turn, managing to stay very respectful in every way. The corner room was very well maintained and laid out with a really nice view on both sides. "

"I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The staff were always helpful and courteous. The food at breakfast and kickback (which is an amazing offering) was great. The indoor/outdoor pool was so much fun for the kids. The location was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Even parking in the "bat cave" was cool. I am happy to switch to the Drury brand after staying here."

"It was overall amazing, the parking was weird and was confusing but once you got the hang of it it got easier? But you also have to pay for parking? Which i found weird plus a deposit for a safe your not ganna need so make sure to plan a extra $160 for parking and deposit, it was close to the venue and we just door dashed food so we didn’t have to drive out more than we had to but over all despite extra money I wasn’t expecting to spend for parking and the weird parking arrangements it was a great hotel to stay at and everyone was super friendly and that’s why I’m still giving 5 stars "

"The staff were very friendly. My room looked as if it were updated, which was nice. The bathroom was a bit tight, but I loved the walk-in shower. I had zero problems during my stay. I will definitely stay again if I'm traveling back to Columbus. "
