"What a charming place! Tracy, the property manager, is an absolute angel! The only hiccup during our stay was the shower handle was broken and stuck on hot. We let Tracy know and we were immediately moved to a new room and she called the owner who showed up within 10 minutes and then called someone to fix it that day (even though that room was currently now empty). "Be very aware of staying here. House was fine, but they hit you for a “refundable” deposit hours before your stay and after numerous contacts with them, they have not refunded it 4 weeks later. Before getting to even stay, I was sent messages from Jungle House claiming that we need to pay a security deposit, outside of what we already paid to hotels.com.
