Unfortunately we discovered bed bug bits on our bodies after our stay in room 518. For the above average price we paid, we expected better for a Hilton facility. The bites are confirmed to be from bed bugs because each area bitten consisted of three bites generally associated with bed bugs.

Our stay started out really good. The lady at the front desk was very kind. We got there kind of late around 1 AM so we ended up just going upstairs and going to bed the next day. We got up early and did some things for our anniversary when we got back, we decided to take a trip around the hotel lobby and the area around there to just kind of take pictures so that we could show our kids the hotel we stayed in. We’re being very quiet because everyone was asleep And the security guard was very rude to us. He said you can either go back to your room or go sit down in the lobby. If you feel like you have to be down here and it kind of ruined our night. Don’t think I’ll be going back there next year.
