Overall, the hotel is very nice and we had a great time. I wish that woman wasn’t part of the equation though. Even if we didn’t get to check in at one like we were told, a simple “sorry, due to unforeseen circumstances, we can no longer allow you to check in early,” would’ve sufficed. "
