They wont allow me to cancel due to road closure and weather condition. Slick & icy road that we couldnt be able to arrive the hotel. We had to stay in Julesburg. I called hotel at 4:20 pm and they stated too bad. Nothing we can do about.. horrible service.. weather was beyond our control.. they had no compassionate and understanding to allow me to cancel..

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. While we were there for two nights with friends for a Friendsgiving, they allowed us to stay in the dining area and play cards for hours on end. Super nice people!!

There are hardly anyone in this hotel but it was very noisy, starting from 5am the room across us was so noisy the dog couldn’t sleep, later we found that it was where they kept their dirty laundry and cooked stuff,… it is so inappropriate to give us a room in a noisy area when the hotel is almost empty!

We have stayed there before. As a result were looking forward to the pool and hot tub and was primary reason we made reservation to stay. Nothing in the web page said the pool was closed for repairs. Pool was mentioned as being handicap access.on property description though. So disappointed to find out when we get there it was closed. Would have went somewhere else for less money. Otherwise nice clean rooms. Good night sleep

The room and breakfast were fine. The young man that checked us in was not friendly and distant. The young men partying in the back of the hotel caused us to park in the front of the hotel.

The hotel had no working WIFI or internet, which is a must have today for business travel. When I asked for support, the staff didn't even try to fix the problem, just shrugged their shoulders.

Everything was great until the shower time. The curtain rod was broken so in order to keep the water from spraying onto the floor, we had to hold it closed while we showered with the other.
