"The beginning of the stay was great. The housekeeping deteriorated daily. First day we had all the amenities in our room, but daily we would be missing towels, spoons, lotion, trash take out. The room was really lovely, but housekeeping needs to check more closely daily. The buffet was good but way too expensive. A person can not possibly eat enough food in one sitting to justify the price. The pool was just okay. Water was warm and not refreshing. Personnel are always looking for a tip, so...

"I had a rocky start with the staff who asked me to cancel my reservation as they couldn’t have my room ready on the day of check-in. To their credit, they willingly listened to my plea and gave me a human customer service. I was grateful for their service by the end of my stay as they went the extra mile to make up for the non-functional room. Restaurant was excellent, staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and hope they keep treating customers as human beings. Kudos to the staff...

"I booked this place for my parents, they loved the service and hospitality. Overall a pleasant stay One thing though, I asked for a birthday gesture for my dad, but somehow the greeting card addressed my sister instead of my dad, even I asked for that specifically. I think it might have happened as i booked the room under my sister name. My family was a bit confused lol as I wanted to surprise them with this pre celebration and couldn't figure out. Not a big deal, but I hope so next time please...
