"The hotel was walkable from the arrival hall. The staff at reception were very polite and i had my room changed because i had booked a twin room. The food from the room menu was really good and delivered within the time specified. All the room amenities were good. The thing i disliked most was the noisy people who talked very loudly, slammed doors and ran up and down the corridor. I couldn't not sleep until 2.30am!!!!! "A grand and nice hotel to stay. We were given a stained blanket, that's just about one fault at their end. They did offer to exchange it, though. So not holding it against them but just mentioning to let the staff know. Otherwise, wonderful location, walkable to US Consulate. "

"Over all the property is very nice. Location is good due to the nearness to the Mumbai international airport. The approach road to the property always seems to be under construction. Also the stairs at the property do not have any contrast making it a trip/fall hazard. Especially for people with low vision."
