"The property in of its self is very nice. You won’t see it being patronized by a lot of foreigners due to the area it’s located. The staff at the hotel makes the stay enjoyable. Also the three square meals per day that can be included in the rate is amazing. Bring your own hand towel and face towels as well as lotions because the hotel doesn’t provide any. I’ll go back and stay there the next time I’m in Kohinoor City"

"Our favorite place before and after new ownership because of convenience, comfort and really outstanding free breakfast in the morning. Room was clean, great coffee shop and facilities downstairs, very near the shopping areas of Linking Road. Lots of eating places and unique boutiques near by. Bloom properties that own the chain should do a better job of providing telephone numbers of the local property as the one provided is out of Delhi. Maria, who greeted me upon arrival and helped me find local services and send a parcel, was gracious and charming; Uma, who took my bags and made sure I was well taken care of is quite hospitable and good with people."
