"Cool place. Fairly attractive accommodations. Excellent location. Staff were mostly friendly. l was a little put off when checking out, though. l placed my room key on the counter, mentioned l was leaving, and said, 'Thank you for the stay'. Before l could move any further, l was asked - with some force, which was perhaps unintentional - if l had consumed any items from the room refrigerator, which was stocked with various consumables. l said l had not (l hadn't) but was made to wait until...

"Great quiet hotel in the center of cuernavaca. Clean, nice rooms, friendly staff, great location."

"Remember that this is a inner-city location and activity on the streets will be noisy until early mornings. Roof might be a fun place to sleep if you're not scared of bugs, etc. Sanborn's restaurant is 1 block down from the side of the block and is great. Eat there, don't shop. Close to everything. We stayed during Day of the Dead. Attentive & polite owners."
